As an executive search firm, we focus on positions and people that are KEY to business success - and this can range from top table slots through to executive-level salespeople.  Most of our new assignments come from referrals and repeat business, and we regulate the number of assignments so as to maintain strict quality standards.

OUR METHODOLOGY

We have developed our own proprietary core methodology, which uses the disciplines of project management to achieve rigour in our work.  In each assignment we adopt a 15-step project plan, broken into four project phases.  We deploy this approach as a matter of course in all our search assignments, and we tailor it to the specific circumstances of each case.  This has been proven to be an important factor in consistently achieving quality results for our clients.  We believe a successful search is built on solid foundations, and so we focus first on role definition, environment analysis and skills profiling, prior to commencing the search.  

VIRTUALLY GLOBAL

It is now generally accepted that a search firm's location is in no way an indicator of the quality of results you will receive.  And the whole notion of a 'local' search firm which operates within one metropolitan area is passé in today's global village.  While most of the positions we fill are based in Ireland, we have a network which enables an effective reach into other markets.  Thanks to the Internet and the latest video-conferencing technology, we have the capability to respond effectively to the needs of our clients.
